I was just charged almost SIXTEEN dollars to dry clean ONE pair of ladies dress pants. SIXTEEN DOLLARS. I had these exact pair of pants dry cleaned a few weeks ago in Evergreen (an expensive place on its own) for EIGHT dollars. The Summit County Retail Cartel is alive and well. I guess this is what extortion feels like.

Needed some snaps replaced on 2 pairs of pants. A machine problem prevented them from replacing the snaps but they suggested button closures instead. They did a great job & the pants fit perfectly.

Terrible. Over priced and damaged my pants. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

I dropped my clothes off and had to go out of town for a few months. They held onto them the whole time and sent me text messages To remind me every now and again. Very professional and do a good job cleaning!

Worst dry cleaning experience I have ever had.  Was originally given a date my comforters would be ready for pickup however they were not on site until the next day.  Then I made a special trip to pick them up on Saturday because the days posted on their door as well as website indicates they are open from 9a-1p but sign indicated “closed” at 10am and 11am.  No answer when called.  The comforters and shams were all puckered d/t many threads having been pulled so I spend a lot of time pulling and tucking threads to the inside then had to iron everything.

We dropped off several suits that needed cleaning. A few suits also needed minor alterations.  Colorado mountain cleaners did an excellent job.  The suits were tailored correctly and  cleaned professionally.  The customer service representative at the desk and on the phone were very courteous and friendly.  I recommend this company to anyone with a busy schedule!

I had found mold on two of my vintage coats and took them to Colorado Mountain Cleaners. I was very nervous if they would be able to be cleaned and if the coats would some how be lost. I’ve been to many laundromats in this country and this is by far one of the worst. It’s expensive, $51.75 to do 3 loads!!!!!
Very tight area and the owners were taking up half the space to wash lots of sheets. But while they were there they never picked up all the trash on the floor. Washers did not spin the clothes very dry and the dryers did not do a good job drying.

Horrible place. Worst in 8 months and five states.
One star bc zero isn’t an option.
If there are attendants, they’re hiding in the office, having used ALL the dryers for IDK.
Filthy, no warm water, spin cycle not.
I just hope I don’t get bedbugs.

Rip off. Machine charges you $10 but says $5. Dryer gives you only 5 minutes when you swipe your card then charges you $10.

I came here to use a dryer when mine broke at home when I had a load of wet towels. I used my credit card and was accurately charged just 25 cents per 7 minutes of drying, which was the same as using a quarter. I did not use a washer so cannot speak to that charge. This place was busy on a Monday night but it was clean, had working change machines and took care of my needs.
