This a great place to do laundry and have dry cleaning done. But- as are so many businesses are doing, there is now a 4% surcharge if paying with a credit card.
Frustrating to me bcz we have been changed into a cashless society and are now being penalized, by these same businesses, for continuing to use our plastic.

I just want EVERYONE to know to NEVER leave your ANYTHING with SmartWash Laundry Center Bourbonnais. I dropped off my brand new, washed one time, paid 170 dollars for it mattress cover. I paid 30 dollars for them to wash it. Problem one.... I dropped it off at 10 am Saturday and the lady says "We have 24 hours to do this we will call you when it's done." 24 hours to wash and dry somethin that I just gave you 30 bucks to do??? Problem 2 they never called back so I called them on Sunday only for the lady to tell me that there was a 5 inch rip in it, stuffing came out, and a few holes......... PARDON???? It went in to you BRAND NEW! She further states "I don't think you're supposed to wash it in bleach. Didn't you say you washed it in bleach?" Trying to put the blame on me..... No. Theres no specifications to not use bleach. Than she goes to look at the direction tag and says the tag is faded? Says the manager hasn't looked at it. It's Monday today..... still haven't heard anything from them so I called up there AGAIN .... the lady tells me "The manager isn't here right now. He'll be in at 7 am tomorrow." Ok bro.... you were supposed to look at it and call me. What's the big hold up? For one, you are refunding my 30 bucks.... for two, what are yall doin over there????

Atmosphere is friendly, people are always happy and smiling,the person in charge (Marcela) is very professional doing her job,she knows what she is doing, always cleaning, she is very polite and respectful with everyone!

Very kind staff, especially Marcella! I was washing my bedsheets and lost track of time. When I came back to switch laundry over to dryer, it had already been done. She was very kind in doing so and did not fine me or make me feel gulity. Highly recommend!

Horribly inconvenient. Everything is done on a laundry card. Going to leave with a balance which is annoying.Prices are not clearly posted anywhere that I could see. The only reason why I didn't give 1 star is because the young lady working was very helpful.

I just leaving the kankakee store once again the regular attendee is enjoying herself in the sun the entire time I was there.  It's cool or other times cold outage she's sitting in doorway where the garage door for delivery is at on her phone and smoking up a storm. Everyone sometimes all wearing coats then the smoking smell entering under snack machines and has other small door proped open I don't like smoke around my clothes.  I'm a weekly customer for years

Large place, plenty of machines!  I had a big load so used 5 wash/6 dry and all problem free.  You can tell its an updated facility.  Place was clean.  I would give 5 stars except I only went their to do some large quilts which we hardly use.  I might go to a laundromat twice a year and now I have this card with a couple of bucks left on it and I would either forget about or use a different place in the future. So, that is minus a star.  I gave my card with leftover credits to a customer so it didn't go unused.  So, I guess if you need a regular spot it'd be 5 star!

This place is the best. Each n everyone of the workers be helping me every way they can. They are sweetest n most hardworking people I’ve ever met..Keep up the good work. I would recommend this place anytime ❤️❤️

Expensive as hell but if you have a lot of laundry that's the place to go I got caught in the dust storm with my
windows up so I had to clean my rugs and everything that was the place to go! Although
that smartwatch card is a way to generate extra money. But clean and effective. But it is a backdoor money pit.

Nov 22, Did laundry here for the first time and did not had great first experience, ask attendant for help on why my machine wasn’t and she responded by saying I don’t know and walk away . Definitely not coming back here again.

We went and gambled I've never really won a great amount or seen anyone but it's still a nice place usually good workers but this new girl is very unproductive considering I stood at the counter at least 7 maybe 5 but no less min made eye contact at least 4 times I thought she was doing laundry but on the fourth glance I was like you work here she said yes I said well then can I check in (smh) thank you I replied and went in and lost go figure 😂😆😂

If I could I would give this place a 0. One employee who works Tues and Thursday nights is super rude and wants to fight everyone. Always talks about her customers and Shes really gross and talks about nasty inappropriate things.  She kicks people out so she can close at 10pm when they should stay open till 2am. She shouldn't be working with people

Be carful if your gonna play slots here. Max bet an barley ever get bonus an when you do you usually break even or lose money every time.

My friend won $1700, me just $54 , only a few chairs there.
