I've been going here for years and they do a good job.

They will have all my business now! I took a suit in that had a stain on the pants and jacket. I didn't know how the stains got there and had taken it to another dry cleaner in Columbus where I live and I don't think they even tried to clean it as it looked exactly the same when I went to pick it up and on top of that they charged me full price. I took it to Summit hoping they could clean it and they did! Best part about it was they charged me less than the other company. I recommend anybody needing Dry Cleaning done to use Summit, you will be very pleased with their work.

The best Dry Cleaning / Laundry service I've used.  The staff is very friendly. They carefully listen to what needs to be completed. Items are cleaned and ready as promised.

Dropped off 2 suits on Monday they had them ready by Thursday afternoon. Staff was very friendly cost me 15$ for 2 piece suit. I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the garment and interactions with the staff. Staff was very friendly and prompt.

Dropped my son's suit off on the Saturday before prom. Guy said it would be ready on Thursday. Came in Friday to pick it up and was told the shirt wasn't ready yet but I could pick up the rest. The lady said the shirt should be ready that evening. I came in this morning (the next day, Prom day) to pick up the shirt. Lady can't find it! Have no idea where it is! A $60+ dress shirt they lost, and don't offer anything in return. I even have the receipt from the cost of the shirt. It's ridiculous!!!

Extreme Clean Laundry

Stopped in to do a load and to get wrinkles out of some clothes assuming they had 25¢ dryers, but unless I missed something, the ones I saw said $2.50 to operate. 😆 Nah. The one off 25th street was better in my opinion.

I like going here to do laundry because they don't have a lot of machines that are out of service. 90 % of the time it's really clean. Only thing that I don't like is there isn't always an attendant if you have an issue 😞.

This location is constantly making improvements for a better customer experience! New laundry machines, new ways to pay, etc. This is a fantastic experience for business or personal needs!

I use this place ONLY because it's the only place that is open 24 hours!! I get ripped off EVERY time I come here!!! Either the washers dont work or the dryers!! I truly hope the new owner fixes this issue!!!!

One of the only places you can go literally 24/7 and get ur stuff done!!! This is the last place that I want to be spending my time, but the 'monster load' machines made my trip here quick and efficient!! They just added brand new machines, are very clean, and even offer a drop off service during the day where they will wash dry and fold your stuff for you! A little pricey to use the huge monster machines plus it adds extra when if you use hot water and do any extra wash or rinse but was grateful they still stay open 24 hours!!

I took a tweed coat I'd salvaged from my late mother's house to be cleaned.  First I was told it would be ready in a week, and my phone number was taken, so they could contact me.  I waited a little over a week, called to ask, and was told to wait another week.  I confirmed that they would call me, and waited a little over another week, called to check, and was told I could come and pick it up.  After I got it home, it still smelled.  I think they took my money and didn't actually dryclean the coat, despite having TWO WEEKS to do it.  I will never trust this place again, and I don't think anyone else should, either.

They keep weird hours like 7am-3pm and are not open on weekends... am I supposed to leave work early or go in late to drop my clothing off or pick it up??? Boss doesn't like that.

Used to come here all the time years ago, which they were actually open to provide service.

Please avoid this location .They are hardly open. When I went to pick up my clothes I saw a sign saying they are closed for a week. I called a number displayed on the window and it was answered by Art's where a lady told me they cannot afford to staff  this location. She seemed least bothered.

I took an expensive coverlet that had pink wax used for facial hair removal on it. I was sure it was ruined. It came back perfect. No extra charge. I take awhile to pick my clothes but it is always waiting for me. Nice service.

By far the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. I brought in a brand new $200 Calvin Klein dress, only for it to come back frayed and with a weird white stain on it. I also brought in dress pants and they came back with extra lines/pleats ironed into the front legs; I don't know who could look at that while ironing and think that it's okay and looks good enough to give back to a customer. Plus, some of my clothes were not even clean - I had some with medium-sized stains that I knew would come out, but were still there. My darker clothes all had lint over them. Prices were about average. Would not recommend to anyone unless they don't care about their clothes being in good condition upon return  (in which case, why not just wash yourself?).

They are our go to place for large washing. They always do a great job at a fair price with great customer service!  Also very quick to get the job done. Highly recommend them for your large washing needs. Easy drop off and pickup!

This business is SUPER clean and the prices are amazing.  They sell 2 different laundry bags for 10.00 each. The attendant was very helpful when our selection got stuck in the vending machine. There isn't a pop machine but it does have a coffee pot.  This is such a lucky find for us and we definitely recommend this laundry mat to everyone.

I run a business that requires a lot of cleaning every month and spent over 1k a year there. They ruined my linens and spoke to the owner and wouldn't do anything to rectify the issue they caused. So now I had to refund multiple clients(200). And lost 400 dollars  "getting them cleaned"... and now my cost of buying the linens $700 I lost over 1 thousand dollars and they won't even meet me to look at the problem. Iv even tried to come up with a way they could not have this happen in the future..

First time here.  Clean , lots of washers but the triple loader I chose is leaking pretty bad and running across the floor.  Told the girl she said oh that's normal for that one.  Seriously.  I said it's going to run out of water before the washer gets done not to mention someone's going to sip and bust their butt. I said put a sign on it telling people this

Im doing review before i finish my clothes. Its seem clean. Dont know how the washers are. The attendant was helpful.  The washer were $4.50 and the smaller ones were $3.5. We were on a long stay from out of town the hotel didnt have laundry room. They take quarters, which I love vs the cards. So u dont have to worry about money left on a card.

I love this place so much. Every time I’ve had you guys do anything it’s come back smelling so nice and folded so perfect. I came in to do some really big rugs and Olivia was so nice to me and helped me so much. You guys are the best.!!❤️🤗

I’ve done the drop off service a few times now. I never knew my clothes could smell so good or be so soft, and they fold everything and match the socks (I hate matching socks!). I love this place so much. My -only- gripe is the extreme cost of dropping off a king comforter, for $22… I could buy a brand new comforter….

This is probably the cleanest laundromat I’ve ever visited, And I’m a full time traveler. Total for a double load was only about $5. Very reasonable. The staff were very helpful. Also, I loved the cheerful paint job! The do have a bathroom that I didn’t use but if I needed to I wouldn’t have hesitated.

The attendant was amazing and so nice! Only been here twice now but each time I've been impressed by the overall cleanliness, as well as the helpfulness of the employee. I will keep coming here to do my laundry for sure. At least until I get my own washer and dryer 😆

At the time of this review: Large washers are $6, however they fit 1.5 large size laundry baskets. Attendant said you can fill them to the brim and still get a good wash. Dryers are $2.50 and fit the same size as large washers. The seating was a little uncomfortable and outlets are lacking, table space is limited. Attendant was super kind. Each machine requires attendant to unlock before use. You can pay with a card. Wash/dry/fold is $1.35/lb.

For 5 baskets of laundry, I paid $34 for self service.

Great place to get your clothes washed and folded! I love the ladies here!

It is so convenient using cash or car. The washers and dryers are clean and the staff friendly.

Great place. We have used the drop off wash & fold service multiple times. We have also gone in and did the washing ourselves. All of the ladies that work here are always very friendly and helpful! We will continue to use while we are visiting the area!
