Was driving through the area and was craving a milkshake and saw your establishment was a few miles off course so I stopped in and the guy working behind the counter was obviously less than thrilled that he had customers as he mumbled what can I do for you guys, and I simply said I want a shake to which he made a production of peering into the ice cream chest and stuck his head in there at an empty bin of ice cream as if to suggest I must be blind and said "we're out" and then my partner who stood next to me in just as much shock said "so are we" and we left.  Horrible customer service.  Was obviously more worried about his eyebrows than taking care of a customer. Will not return if ever in the area. I can get treated like I don't exist plenty of other places.

I had lunch here today and it was really good. The prices were good and the people working there were really nice. I will definitely come back again.

Great little gift shop. I was only in town for a few days when I discovered the food available here. I used to drive a truck over the road, and have had food from many places paricularly in the eastern half of the country. One of my favorite foods is Chicken salad, and despite making a killer chicken salad myself, and having chicken salad in numerous places throughout the country, the chicken salad sandwich here is arguably the best I have ever had. I will be back for every lunch I can every time I come back for a Hartford trip.

Great small town with a very welcoming little gift shop with spectacular food at a great price. If you're close and love chicken salad, don't miss out on this amazing place; big heart, big taste in little Hartford.

Wonderful surprise for lunch! Pimento cheese sandwich and potato soup was delicious! Owner was very kind, even when we almost walked out without paying by accident. You should definitely stop in if in the area!

Worse laundromat I have ever experienced! I  just paid almost $8 for my clothes to wash for 7 minutes?
The "overseer"knew nothing and gets  a 0 for personality.

The free WiFi is great. But a few times the dyers have took my money due to no (out of order) signs being placed properly. Plus with it being so hot here lately, they could fix the air conditioner.

The big washers are not working properly, it took my money and started to wash and then marked itself as error fail to fill after the fact it was going and started to wash. Now I'm out of basically $11 dollars , wet covers, and not even a number to be found to call to fix the issues. I am rightfully owed a refund.  No number listed anywhere in the building. Very upsetting.

The owner works really hard to keep this place maintained. It's people that don't have respect for the machines. I have watched so many people over load or use to much soap. They also Theo things on the ground and assume someone will pick them up. The dryers work very well and my clothes never have a horrible smell to them like some laundromats. If people would just have some respect and listen to the million signs everywhere then this place would be running alot smoother.

Every machine smelled mildewy and not clean. Several machines had miscellaneous detergents and softeners left in them. 4 machines didn't cycle correctly and I lost quite a bit of money at 12.75 for one load then 6.75 for the other 3.  The dryers didn't get hot enough to dry everything.

The attendant that came in was rude about how late one machine was started because I had to swap machines per the person who was called to let them know the machines malfunctioned. Because people can afford extra $20+ when they had to rewash 4 loads.

The place was dirty. The floors were unclean and grimey.

We had a pipe rupture above the ceiling in our newly remodeled 103 year old kitchen. Water damage required that almost the whole kitchen needed to be redone as well as the recently laid laminate flooring through the whole main floor of the house. With the holidays it took just a little longer than Stewart (the owner) or I would have preferred they did an excellent job and I would definitely use them again. Thanks again, Stewart.

They did an amazing job. The carpets had some very ruff areas, and I did not think the stains would come out. The team was able to get the stains out. I would recommend them to anyone.

My carpets were extra dirty as I have kids always dropping food or liquid on my carpets. Brandon did a phenomenal job with cleaning my carpets!  They have never looked better!  He was professional, attentive, and thorough. I would recommend Lipscombs over and over again!

They done an excellent job. My carpets looked great. They done four rooms and a hallway that had been stained with motor oil and strawberry milkshake and it all come out. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They were fast and efficient.
