Because we are having septic problems I am unable to do laundry at home for the time being. I went to the laundromat and was quickly overwhelmed because I didn’t know how any of it worked. The staff were so kind and helpful they were awesome in guiding me through the whole process. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

This place is disgusting and a terrible experience overall. Dirty washers,  brutal customer “service”. The owner is awful and the staff is undervalued yet also problematic. I do not want to pay to have half burnt, and somehow also underdried laundry while also dealing with listening to the staffs politics, and their puppy behind the counter. Gross, stressful, filthy.

got done with laundry today, left at 330. and than 2 hours later we started smelling something burning.. we found our laundry basket had BLACK SMOKE coming out of it.. the clothes didn’t catch on fire but it was left stained brown, now we are left with stained smelling clothes. if we had gone to bed it would have caught on fire. i looked up the cause and it was your dryers. let’s fix that😘😘!! not going again!!

Absolutely terrible. The dryer's burnt my white bedding so they all look pee colored, there bathroom was covered in pee, 6 out 20 dryers worked but then still burnt my clothes. The owner does not put back into the company as none of the card readers work takes forever to just get 5 minutes added. Horrible. Place. I have never experienced such unprofessional and downright harassing behavior from staff in my life. I came in around 6:30 to start a wash (the laundromat closes at 8pm, and the machines only run 25–35 minutes). Almost immediately, I was harassed by an employee for simply using the machines well within hours. The behavior was so aggressive that I had to stay on the phone with my boyfriend because I felt unsafe.
When I returned at 7:58 to quickly grab my clothes from the dryer, the situation escalated even further. The employee screamed at me, came up into my face, and approached me in an entirely inappropriate and threatening manner. I was so uncomfortable that I ended up having to call the Norway PD to report the incident.
This is not how customers should ever be treated. What should have been a simple trip to do laundry turned into an intimidating and hostile experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone—there are far better laundromats that treat customers with basic respect and professionalism.

A friendly place with excellent service! When you're too tired or too busy to do laundry, drop it off with the friendly, front desk gals and they will wash and fold the piles for you! Amazing and stress-free. The service is super quick - often same day - and affordable. Highly recommend them!

Unacceptable service. I came in to wash my work clothes, and by 7:30 PM I was ready to put them in the dryer. The employee stopped me and said I couldn’t dry them because there “wasn’t enough time before closing.” Now I’m left with soaking wet clothes and nothing to wear to work tomorrow. If the dryers must be started by a certain time, that should be clearly posted or communicated before customers start their laundry. Very disappointed.

The place is clean, and has machines for every size job. Small top load, medium front load, and even up to 20lb loads. They have plenty of dryers and I have never had an issue with them not drying. I had a really nice spendy puff coat given to me and at the end of the season, washed it. Afterward, regretfully, I should have zipped it up for the wash. The zipper no longer worked. Busier than I thought it was going to be on the self wash and fold side on a Sunday. Pretty basic.  You can use coins or you can use a pay station on the wall and it starts your wash for you.

Walked in at 5:55 pm at the Wyndham location. Attendant rudely came up to us and said all machines are closed. No more washing after 6:00. All we wanted to do was wash our clothes and we could have dried them at home. The point is is she was extremely rude. I see other reviews about signs on doors.  Well I guess I am adding.  Saturday, Oct 4th, 3pm.  There's an old sign, as posted, that says closing 9/10 for septic work for a couple weeks.  Which would make it 9/25.  That was 9 days ago.  Wish they would just update hours and save everyone the trouble of trying to come to their business during their posted hours.  Seems to be a trend.

This place is fine when it’s actually open and doesn’t have their doors locked during supposed opening hours. It seems I’m not the only one who keeps attempting to do laundry here but finds the doors locked and the lights off even though the sign out front says it SHOULD be open.

Not to mention the handwritten sign that notifies of 2 week septic maintenance is still there despite it supposedly ending 2 weeks ago.

Put a note on the door open from 12pm to 5pm due to snow, not to mention THIS IS MAINE, and at 2pm the doors are still closed. Someone should buy this place out and open it for 24/7 washing because people have jobs and can't conform around this places nonsense.

We are RVers and have been to many Laundromats across the United States. This place, while clean, is the worst place for people like us. VERY PRICEY! To add insult to this, the washers do not spin your clothes very dry, definitely below standards. Of course, this means you will have to spend more on the dryers, which barely get hot! Wash price is $4 to $7.25, $.50 more if you want warm wash, $1.00 more for hot wash! So a large washer warm is $7.75, and again, the machines do not spin dry very well. Dryers are small $.25 for 5 minutes and large are $.25 for 3 minutes. Save your money and go to a different place!

Good clean place to do laundry.  Helpful staff.  Right in town (Gray).
