If I could give this place is zero Stars I would.  The place is filthy unattended and it smells like an outhouse.  There is no restroom so people use them sink as the potty, and oh you can tell.  I wouldn't be surprised if you're going to the bathroom in the machines either cuz they stink just as bad.  🤢 GROSS!

It was clean but had some homeless issues when I was there. Police were there due to the problem.

First time using Suds & Duds.  Wouldn't come back, except it's the only one near me!  The place where you put the soap was disgustingly dirty!  You put clean soap in where there is heavens knows how many layers of dirty built up soap, how clean do you think your clothes are going to be?  PLEASE clean out the soap dispensers when your done washing... cause apparently that's the only way they're gonna get clean!!  One of the washers my mom used, ripped her off twice, and $4 per load ain't cheap!!  There was no one there to complain to?? I also agree with other patrons who posted about the lack of facilities.  Ain't saying I'm old, but when you gotta go... YOU GOTTA GO!!

Overall, and considering it's one of the very few laundromats in the area, it's not too bad.  It's fairly clean (could be cleaner), fairly reasonably priced (I've seen better), and it could definitely stand to be bigger.  If it's busy, you'll be waiting for a machine to open up.  They only have (1) 4x load washer, and then they get smaller from there.  I use this place to wash my blankets and sheets because my personal machine is too small to handle them.  The dryers are ok, not great, but ok.  They get really warm, but not really hot.  So it might take a few cycles to get your clothes or, in my case, bed clothes dry.  The price isn't horrible, like I said, but it's not the greatest either.  It costs $8 for the 4x load machine, $.50 per 7 minute dry cycle on the 4x dryers (they only have 3 of them), and $.25 per 5 minute dry cycle on the other dryers.   Like I said above, it's not a horrible place overall.  However, it's also not the greatest.  Especially if you need to do several loads at once fairly often.  There are better places that can accommodate bigger and more loads of laundry, for about the same price or cheaper just across the state line in Ft. Smith, AR.  So if you're new to the Spiro, OK area and need a place to do laundry, just keep that in mind.

Not sure how this place got bad reviews as I’ve ALWAYS done my own laundry but decided to start going here about 1-2 years ago and The lady I deal with on the weekends is a really sweetheart she always real talkative and treats me and my daughter with respect and kindness. Have talked mush with Jerry but the few encounters I’ve had with him is always courteous and professional. And love the way they do my clothes folds everything real nice and just organized! This is my favorite Laundromat. Jerry is great and his employees are always friendly and engage in conversation. It has a good old hometown laundry feel. And it's cheaper then most around Fort Smith. I just wish they were open later.

Spent 8$. No water. No one would answer phone ! Had to change washers. Lost my money. Wish there was another laundry in Poteau.Just switched machines. Spent another 8$. No water. No answers on phone. This sucks! Finally got ahold of someone. Water break. They said they would refund me??? When???

DON'T BELIEVE ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. We went on a Tuesday afternoon. We were the only ones there until 4:00. Machines that were out of order had signs on them. Small machines are $3 each wash. Medium are $4, large capacity is $8. I used 3 small washers and they all worked fine. Dryers are 25 cents for 5 minutes. It took $1 per load and then 50 cents more to finish off a few thicker garments. I had reservations about the place but was pleasantly surprised.

They lady was so rude to my girlfriend. Especially in front of her son. she wouldn't even allow us to finish getting our clothes. Because of the old lady I missed a very important business meeting.

It's all big machines now the small washers are three dollars and the big washers are eight dollars each. Sundays are usually very busy, and you have to wait for a washer sometimes. Dryers are big and start at twenty-five cents for a few minutes. There's a change machine. However, it gets empty out of change, and all machines require quarters. Just try to bring plenty of quarters. No soap is available, so bring your own. Business hours are from seven to nine.

Modern equipment. $5 wash, $2.25 dry for 30 minutes.  Gambling machines and ongoing TV; there's a drop off for laundry.  Rotate the handle up to lock the washing machine.  The laundromat is attached to a motel.  Ample parking.  Monday morning is a good time with a few patrons.

I visited this location to wash an oversized comforter that wouldn't fit in my washer and dryer at home. The facility itself is very clean and well maintained. The price to wash and dry is rather pricey though. I believe the minimum to wash is $5.00 (I paid $7.50 because I used a larger machine) and the minimum to dry is $3.50. Sure makes me appreciate that I have my own washer and dryer. I couldn't imagine having to pay $8.50 per load on a regular basis. The price is the only reason I rated 4 stars.

The only issue I had with this place was the closing time listed and actual closing time are different. The REAL time that they close is 10:30pm. The gentleman that works there though is awesome! He is very kind and friendly and also very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for all your laundry needs.

I have never had a problem using this laundry mat for the past 10 months since I moved here. Today, they wasted my money when something happened inside a dryer. Which stopped all the dryers and wasted the entire 8 minutes on our other dryer next to it. I'm mad beyond belief that they said "since it was your clothes in there, we won't give you the time back". It has the potential to be a great laundromat. Location is good. Half the machines are out of order, Not enough seating. Highly over priced machines, that don't look like they've been serviced in a long time. Only 3 spots. Restroom locked. It's very rare that I give one star, but it wouldn't let me give 0 stars.

I can't believe that still, so many machines are out of order. The time the laundromat opens is 5:00 am but on line it is posted as 6:00 am.  I have to pay $2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry no choice. The dryers only give you a choice of 40 minutes for the 2 bucks! A small load still takes a full amount of quarters and you still worry if the machine will go out of order! I suggest trying the 24/7 circle S laundry across from Sallisaw Lumber. Before you decide. The same size load costs $2.00 to wash and only 75 cents to dry. Add another quarter or two if you need more drying time! Older machines, but very few "out of order" machines! Usually an on duty attendant is there if help is needed. Also, immediate refund of quarters if needed! No going off of location to fill out paperwork for reimbursement! You compare and decide!

I took my expensive brand new (with tags) trousers to this dry cleaner and now they smell like mildew. They treated them twice! However, the second time I suspect they lied and they weren't actually treated. The front desk guy was the most unhelpful individual ive met. Terrible service. I would take your clothes somewhere else

Great tailoring job. My favorite jeans ripped right up the back, and I thought they were lost. But they repaired them (yay!) and put a button on my husband’s jeans too. Very reasonably priced! I’ll be taking my winter coat in for cleaning soon. Recommend!👍🏻

Staff is always polite and welcoming.  I entrusted them with cleaning my 34 year old hand made Easter dress for my daughter to wear this year. I always do laundry here when either my washer or dryer are down but before that when I didn't have these appliances or even when I was little my Mom would bring me here to do our laundry.
I have many memories here and though it needs a few changes still like the bathroom can only be used at a certain time and the vending machine lights don't always work so people know it's not broken.
Sometimes washers and dryers break but for the most part they get them fixed fast.
Other than that it's a good place to do your laundry 😁
