We came to town for a funeral. I noticed my son’s suit and dress shirt needed some pressing after the flight. This establishment was so so kind to get the work done well and quickly and even found that one leg of his pants needed to be fully hemmed. Ugh. They were lifesavers. Great people, great work!

I love French Cleaners! I brought in my 24 year old letterman jacket that had mold on the sleeves, it has been in a barn for 15 years. It is now clean and looking like new! Their prices are also very reasonable.

French Cleaners is GREAT! EXCELLENT!!!! This review is for the laundry mat across the street from them since there's nowhere for customers to review THEIR place. It's TERRIBLE. Owner is TERRIBLE too. The place, and the washers, are filthy. Most of the washers don't even work and only four of the 24 dryers work and NONE are marked OUT OF ORDER, so be prepared to waste plenty of money, time, and laundry detergent on this place. Go to Blue Moon next door and call the owner, who will blame her husband who died years ago and then complain about how nothing works in her business. Maybe it YOU that doesn't work in business.

They do my clothes and do a wonderful job. But the building needs updated. And needs a better parking situation.

These folks are great!!!!!! Wish I could give them 10 Stars. I’m staying at the Hampton Inn but they don’t do Laundry Service! They (Hampton Inn) don’t even have a Guest Laundry. So I needed to find a Cleaners. A gentleman told me about French’s and said “they are the best in Uniontown”. I made the short drive to French’s Cleaners first thing in the morning and was quickly greeted by a very pleasant lady. I asked when I could pick up my cleaning and she promised it by 3:00pm. I arrived back at just after 3:00pm and my cleaning was ready and the price floored me! I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was. I’m still kind of in shock. My cleaning was done perfectly! Perfect creases and perfectly pressed. As far as I’m concerned there is no other cleaners in Uniontown. These folks are the best and very friendly to boot.

Very dirty laundromat, with signs saying not to wash dog bedding even though it literally looks like a litter basket there. no bathroom. Ran dryer 2 times and clothes are still wet..

Met the new owner who had come in to clean.  I think some of the previous reviews were from a prior owner.  It is a good basic laundromat.  No bathroom.  I felt safe waiting there.

Place reeks of mold, with visible mold on and around machines. Avoid this dump.

NOT THE BEST. 4 out of 8 machines are out of order, that’s half of then! With no out of order signs posted on any of them. The vending machine is out of every single drink and eats your money. Not sure if there is a bathroom anywhere? There are also 3 phone numbers on the bulletin board on the wall to call for problems, one of 3 answered saying “I’ll have to send a repair man out next week….” Probably lost about 10 dollars here. The clothes were washed and dried though so 1 out of 5 stars!

The change machine was broken. I called the number and the owners showed up. When I told the women own that one of her dryers would not work. She snapped at me stating. “Did you even put money in the machine”?  Yes I did. She reluctantly also gave me back the $1.50. They could not fix the machine and left placing an out of order sign on the change machine.
The owner was extremely rude for no reason whatsoever, never apologizing for any inconvenience and just stormed out.

This place needs updated. Very pricey for a meal washer. You’re better off using the large washers if doing multiple loads. Washers are not cleaned regularly. Honestly I’m giving 2 stars just for accessibility purposes only.

Having to use a laundromat..  and this place is filthy. Half of the machines have red tape over them, the other half don’t work correctly and the company has speed metal blaring on the stereo. Not real impressed with this place. Will NOT be a patron here again. Drive to another town instead. Gross.

Plenty of washing machines and dryers to use. Price is reasonable.

If you want the laundromat with the least amount of working machines, this is the place. 10+ machines not working, some with out of order signs, some do not. On more than one trip I've had to redo a load because a machine failed at the end of my load. So spend another 3.50 or more, and another half hour or more of your day to redo your laundry.

The hours of the laundromat are bad, but the worst part is they don’t even usually stay open til then.  The worker will lock the door so no one else can get in before it’s even time for the last wash.  Makes it impossible for people that work to do laundry after school.  At least stick to the hours you have posted!!!

I've used this company in my home. They came in and cut my whole kitchen out and bathroom. While telling me this is coverd.  "We wouldn't do this if it wasn't covered". Is what they kept telling me.   Today I get a call turns out nothing is covered.   NOTHING is covered !! I will never ever use this company ever again.  And I worked for them in NYC don't use Servpro!!

I called Servrpro after our office in Morgantown was flooded after a storm.  They told me when I called that they required a "deposit" of $5,000 in order for anyone to come out.  They showed up the same day, placed multiple fans throughout the building.  Knowing someone who has previously worked in the industry, they advised me that fans should be about 10 feet apart.  Ours were right on top of each other.  Servpro also told me that it would be classified as a Category 3 - which means that sewage water was definitely present; Category 2 means that they are uncertain if sewage was present.  The Servrpo rep told us that he wasn't sure.  So, they classified it as a Cat 3 and I can only assume it's because it is much more expensive.  They also charge you by the fan per day; so if they place more fans than they need, it means more money for Servpro.  Their mantra of "like it never happened" is a complete joke.  They removed about 6 inches of dry wall and baseboards throughout the office and had no intention of repairing it and told us that they don't do that.  We were on our own to find a different contractor.  The rep told us that they would be sending a "cleaning" crew the day after they removed the fans.  That crew did not show up.  We called their office and they stated that "no one told them."  To top it all off, we got a final bill, which was not itemized at all, and were told they would send us an itemized bill, to date we have not received it. Do these pictures look like it never happened?

Serve pro is absolutely wonderful to work with. The guys showed up on time, was very respectful of my home, and got the job done. They are just so nice to work with.  My basement is clean, dry and ready for build back. Don't go anywhere else but Serve Pro.

Fair prices and machines and facility are always clean. I make the commute to come here because it’s definitely worth it!

I enjoy the laundromat portion of this business and everything seems so clean and convenient with what they offer.

For the dry cleaning portion, I decided to give them a shot and support local.

I had an order that was picked up Thursday and due to be dropped back off at my house on Tuesday after it was dry cleaned, and also placed a note to have the pant cuffs hemmed.

Tuesday came around and no dry cleaning. I updated the drop off to Wednesday on the website. Didn't drop off Wednesday.  Thursday I called and was told that the order would be dropped off Thursday and they apologized for the inconvenience. Thursday passed with still no dry cleaning. Friday I decided to stop in at noon and saw the pick up / drop off window was closed so I called, only to be told she actually was there but the dry cleaner delivery driver wasn't and that I couldn't pick up my dry cleaning, but they'd have it dropped off when the driver returned. Low and behold, it was actually dropped off - 3 days late.

The pants were not hemmed as requested - but I was not charged for it at least. Also learned that tips cannot be adjusted after the service - only before hand.

Moving forward, I think I'll have my dry cleaning done somewhere else.

Clean and beautifully renovated. Parking behind the building is a nice feature. They have a rule about "if you don't wash it here, you can't dry it here" but I didn't know that. My dryer at home doesn't function but my washer does. They should put that sign on the door not on the back wall and I would have gone elsewhere. Pods and scent beads available for purchase.

Very clean. Prices are good. All updated machines.  Only complaint is the obnoxious machines when you first walk in. The big ones. Gives the option to rinse the machine before you put you stuff in. Thought it'd be good as I've had stuff ruined from previous person using bleach. Says 6 minutes and its free. So no big deal. I hit start. It then says waiting for about 4 minutes. Finally says 6 minutes. Goes down to 5. And stays at 5 minutes for a good 10 minutes or more. Goes to 4. Stays there for a while. So what should be a 6 minute since turns into about 20 minutes. And same with the actual wash. It says 33 minutes but after you say start. It'll say waiting and spend 5 minutes rotating the cloths before the timer starts. That's something that needs figured out. Someone in a hurry wants to do a quick 6 minute rinse ends up wasting 20 minutes on it. 33 minute wash turns into 40 minutes. It should give accurate times so people can decide if they want to use them or if they have time. I work long hours and very limited on time. And it took over an hr to wash one load in the big washer. Thought it'd be quicker to do it all in one. But it'd have been faster to use two small ones that start immediately. Id come back. But only if I have more time. And only use the smaller ones.

Idk what people consider clean anymore... but this isn't it.. floor is gross, dont drop anything, you will want to rewash it.. the fact that there is NO HOT WATER..is gross! 2 washers on hot and never got a drop.. let it run in the back in the sink and nothing on either side.. the rainbow of MOLD in the triple loaders is unreal... with so many other options within 10 miles, idk how this stays open.. doing laundry on 95 degree day and it felt 85 inside... would give it 0 stars if I could....

Good place to go wash clothes at. But if you use the restroom here be sure you clean up after you go. Or the man who works here will yell at you as he did my husband. There was nothing visible. It was under the Seat. But who would have thought that if you use the restroom in a public bathroom you're supposed to also clean the bathroom....

Best laundromat I've been to in a long time the one local in my town don't know how to keep change in their machines so you can wash clothes! So I'll just drive here every time I need to get my clothes washed I highly recommend it

This is also known as wash and tan. It's not a bad place. Unless you use the restroom. In in that case you better lift the toilet seat. And make sure nothing splashed up. If so get to scrubbing. Or the man who works here will yell at you. Never knew washing your clothes at a public laundromat involved cleaning the restroom.

Clean facility, quiet rarely packed. Attendant is very friendly and helpful. Recommend highly. Also offers dry cleaning services as well.

Very clean, not to expensive but the hrs open make it tuff to get stuff done daily. Later hours open would help during the work
week.

Today was a terrible experience. I have social anxiety and I get panic attacks regularly. I went here with my daughter and we  had my 4 year old autistic granddaughter with us.After we put clothes in washer (had to use small washer so multiple because no big washer available) we went nextdoor to subway. My daughter was in line and the lady from laundromat came in subway ignorantly told me that I needed to get my clothes out of the washer because she needs those washers. Now mind you the washers that we were using we still had loads of clothes in front of there that we had to put in after our first loads were done. I went over there and only one of our washers was completed. We ended up putting our clothes in the dryer finally but there was not enough dryers so we literally had to put more clothes in the dryer than we wanted. My daughter and I go outside and we smoke a cigarette before we left ours closed we made sure there was 20 minutes on each of our dryers. We were outside for only 10 minutes when we came back in this lady approached me ignorantly and said she took my clothes out of the dryer and put them in the corner. my clothes were not finished none of our clothes were finished drying. I go and look at the clothes she threw into the corner only to discover they were not even our clothes. They were a man's clothes and this poor man's clothes wasn't even completely dry yet. I did not like my experience here that woman needs a different job she should not be working with the public first of all second of all she oversteps boundaries. You have no right to touch anybody's property. Even though it was not my property she assumed that it was. She made my anxiety so bad I broke out and hives all over my body. I will never never go here the dryers suck the washers suck everything about that place sucks.

I would leave ZERO stars if I could!! The lady that works behind the counter is very rude and ignorant. She was rude to me when I was there and just today was ignorant to my friend and her family that was there. Also the machines dont work very good,alot of my clothes were still dirty and had to take them somewhere else. After reading reviews just now im not sure why she still works there if she is not an owner. She's not friendly by any means and should not be working with the public!!! DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE  YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

Absolutely do not get any cleaning or alterations done here. They are dishonest and will over charge you. Cost me $42 to have a sleeve sewn. Absolutely bonkers. Jews.

Business hours says seven is close time, but you must be in the store by five to even do a single load showed up at 5:30 just to be turned away terrible service and maybe post that .

The place is DIRTY!!!!!! Everything is out of order the washers LEAK and the dryers barely dry your clothes. The ATM doesn’t work and you have to ask for laundry soap to by because the dispenser ALSO OUT OF ORDER!!!! The women get irritated because you ask to purchase and they bring you a steak knife if your quarter gets stuck putting them in the washer coin drop. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO PRIDE IN OWNERSHIP HERE!!
