Accommodating and trustworthy! I had a lot of vintage, delicate clothes, and a handmade sweater, that I wanted to make sure would not be damaged in the process, and they ensured me that they would take very good care of everything. Everything came back in perfect condition, and no tearing or stretching occurred throughout the process. Definitely coming back again!

**Terrible Customer Service** I’ve been going to J’s Cleaners for the last two years, and for the most part have had good results. However I have mostly used them for dry cleaning (not tailoring). I took a pair of $250 Mother jeans to get hemmed, and I asked the tailor to keep the original hem, which she said she could do. The store manager was also present and agreed. A week later when I received my jeans, I was upset to find that they did not keep the original hem, and just did a regular hem, which changed the look of the jeans. As you can see from the picture, the color of the denim is darker than the original hem. I went into the store and showed the jeans to the tailor and the store manager. I was hoping they might still have the original hem from my jeans, but unfortunately they didn’t. The tailor got very aggressive with me, and said it was my fault that I only told her and not the store manager that I wanted the original hem, which isn’t true. They both were in the store that day when I came in to get my jeans hemmed. She also said the hem was fine, even though that wasn’t what I asked for. The tailor then proceeded to pull $20 out of her pocket and tried to give me the money to cover for the hem. It was very uncomfortable and she was yelling and basically shoving the money at me. Then the store manager proceeded to do the same thing. It was so uncomfortable and shady. A reputable business would give you a credit or reimburse your credit card, not give you money out of their own pocket! The whole situation was so uncomfortable and heated that I left and said I would never be coming back. I was appalled by their behavior. It was bizarre and highly unprofessional, and they clearly do not understand the value of customer service. Stay far far away from this place!! Extremely rude and aggressive staff and terrible customer service. They clearly do not care about their customers or doing quality work.

TERRIBLE! I I've used them multiple times because it was a recommendation from my concierge team in my building. Despite having multiple items being damaged when returned on separate occasions, I've never complained because I just don't usually have the time to go back and fourth with them. This time I called and mentioned that my account has several credits that are never applied to my account and always say redeemed falsely. There's never a discount. After the man tried to convince me they were he finally gave up and said "so, I don't know what to tell you" I told him I would stop going and he said. "ok" (funny but terrible customer service). Beware of them and if you're things come back damaged once, bring it up. RE: to the above. I edited my review rating, not because anyone reached out to assist or correct my problems, but because this is a small business and I cannot in good faith give them that bad of a review. So, I increased it from 1 star to 3. I have had some issues with my belongings but for the most part things were ok. At least given the amount of times I used their services. That said, I believe you all could learn a little bit more on customer service as retention should be a priority. Good Luck.
