Amazing tailoring and dry cleaning service. My suits always come back on time, but also looking and smelling amazing! Alterations and tailoring has always been perfect the first time, every time! And best of all, it is the cheapest place around. Could not fault. Highly recommend!

I put my dry cleaning into this place and it took 2 weeks!!!! My husband kept going in almost everyday to collect they kept saying no not back yet?? They didn’t even bother to call me and let me know if there was a problem!!! I had to call them to find out what was going on!! They said they would txt me when it arrived yesterday afternoon, you guessed it no txt received. When asked for a refund straight out said NO. Absolute bullshit. No customer service at all so if you want dry cleaning done DEFINITELY DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

Great and timely service. Sent multiple items away for dry cleaning, all came back quickly despite multiple public holidays. Great pricing, will be back

Extremely disappointed

Came into GM Alterations and Dryclean the week beginning 1 July to drop off the following clothes to be dry cleaned:
2 x coats
2 x leather jackets
1 x button up shirt
1 x blazer
Also 1 x pair of jeans that needed to be altered.
I advised there was no hurry however,  I stressed that I needed the button up and blazer by the following Tuesday (at the absolute latest) as these were for a business trip. I was reassured that it would be no problem and I could pick up everything the following Tuesday. The owner also advised that I would be charged at a higher fee for the leather jackets as they needed to be cared for separately, which I had agreed.
I arrived this afternoon before 4pm to pick up my clothes only to be told that the button up and blazer had not been returned from the dry cleaners and that “this happens sometimes?”.
I was then asked to drive 40 mins+ (one way) in rush hour traffic in the hopes I make it to this dry cleaner before they closed.
The owner of GM Alterations graciously offered me an $8 discount given the situation.
I have returned home this evening only to find the leather jackets were not cleaned thoroughly and still have an odour. Additionally, my jeans have not been altered to the correct length despite being measured in them while in store the week prior.
Extremely disappointed in this service, would not recommend.

Mai is an expert. Trust her. She will do the job right from complete jeans fitting to sports bra alterations.

Just not dry cleaning, the mark up is more than the garment.
