I’ve been using Dry Cleaning Connection home pick-up, and they’ve been fantastic. They always return my clothes clean, pressed, and on time. Their communication is excellent with helpful reminders, and they’re even flexible enough to come on short notice. Customer service is attentive, and they can handle everything from regular clothes to comforters and coats when the seasons change. Highly recommend them for reliable and professional dry cleaning!

Called them this morning to get some shirts and pants pressed to get the wrinkles out. Told me it would be done by 4...it was done around 2!  Very reasonable prices and very satisfied! Thank you!

For over 20 years I used to drop off and pick up my dry cleaning every week. It was always one more thing on my todo list. My wife noticed that our neighbor was using Dry Cleaning Connection so we thought we would give it a try. Wow! Talk about amazing service! I called yesterday, 6/16 and spoke to a gentleman on the phone inquiring about having garments dry cleaned for same day pickup. He advised me as long as I can drop the clothes off before 8:30am I would be able to pick them up same day. I went to Al’s early, arrived at 8am on 6/17. First off, they didn’t open exactly at 8am, which is fine, doors opened before 8:05 at least. The woman working didn’t greet me or say hello, she just said “what is your phone number”. I only had one objective, so that didn’t even bother me. What did bother me that this whole ordeal was a waste of my time. She asked me when did I need my clothes by, and even though I was told I could get same day I didn’t need them until noon 6/18. Welp she told me I couldn’t pick them up until Friday. I told her what I was told the previous day and received basically like a “yeahhhhh”. So I just grabbed my stuff and left. This was my first time here so least to say I will not be going back since they don’t know how to properly operate and will find business elsewhere. Thanks for a waste of time.

If you deliver for Uber, Grubhub or DoorDash stay clear. I drove 3.5 mile to deliver food to Valeriana  and she left a .52 tip 🤷🏼‍♂️🤦🏼‍♂️ I guess they expect me to pay for the gas to bring them breakfast 🤪

Shady people. My shirt was still stained and my pants were patched like a four year old did it. Sad. Very rude too.

Wonderful, super fast service!  They went above and beyond to do alterations to my husband’s suit.  Fantastic flawless sewing, the suit looks and fits perfect!  Got it to him in time for his work conference when other places were unable to meet the timeline.  Picked up and delivered to us pressed and ready to go!  A++ customer service!!

Be aware however, that there is a time window when your clothes will for sure be ready for pick up. When they say Wednesday, they mean Wednesday after 4pm; and Saturday between 12pm-2pm. So be sure to plan accordingly. 😁

Affordable Dry Cleaners

SUITS: they don’t clean your suit they just steam and press it. I picked up my suit and the only dirt mark on my suit was still there. I later cleaned it off at home because the owner refused to do  a spot clean after I showed him the dirt mark, his chemicals were put away…

I loooove the work that was done on my daughter's prom dress. We took it in, and it was completed in about a week or less, The price wasn't bad at all, especially compared to a few other places I checked. The true color is the light blue on the right (before the alteration). The lighting was different in each photo.

First time at this place and when I pointed out water damage they offered a free redo! Ahhh you think! Yes it needs to be ready- cleaned !!!
That was my mistake to think they were capable of fixing their mistake!
Got it back 10x worse with water stains! Not sure how they survived in business as dry cleaners when they appear very unknowledgeable about what they are doing! This is silk!
Then worst ever customer service!
Still no call from owner to remediate situating for ruining hundred $$$ silk dress!

Excellent Cleaners, did a fantastic job with my dress. Will definitely be returning!

First time using this cleaners, needed alterations done, dropped off the garment on Tuesday morning & was assured it would be ready by Friday @ noon. Get to the cleaners & they cannot find the outfit & young boy working had a bad attitude,  These businesses want your money but provide poor service. I'm really pissed.
