VERY clean, staff was very polite and will go out of their way to help when needed. Machines all look new and they clean very well. Anytime I need to go to the laundromat this is the place I go.

The washing machines do not rinse out your clothes. When you go to put them in the dryers they are soaked and it costs $6  just to dry a couple loads.

Helpful, vigilant and considerate staff member. They have three washing machine sizes available 20, 40 and 75 lbs. 20 starts at 2.50 and 75 at 11.00. The dryer cost .25 e
for every 6 minutes. I went in at 6 .15 am and the place was ready and quiet. They have next dry cleaning service, candy beverage and snacks dispensers and a massage chair :-).

I had been coming here for 5 years.   At first it was very clean and everything worked.   I was confident dropping my clothes off and never a problem.   Twice our laundry was lost,  never completed on time because they never tagged it and we had to find ourselves.   The facility is a mess with litter on the floor and stains on the floor.    Management doesn't care and does absolutely nothing to fix problems.   Never go here!

There were several washers out of service but I was able to get all my washing done.  I thought it was very expensive but I haven't been in a laundromat in years.  I did notice that the sofas in the waiting area were very clean and had been vacuumed recently.  There were several tables available for folding clothes.  They have a drop off service as well.  There are drinks and snacks available for sale in vending machines.  There's also a TV.  The person working there patiently helped me with all my questions.

Came to this location because we needed alterations. We have altered several items like prom dresses, dresses, had a button placed on a jacket and have been satisfied each time. Have not gotten anything cleaned here but Im sure we will someday. I asked for my pick up to be in Niantic location and they said no problem. Paid for my items and waited to get the pickup notification.

Consistently excellent! Their dry cleaning, linens laundry service, and dressmaking are superb.

Honestly, so disappointed in this place. Year after year their integrity and quality of cleaning my suits has gone down dramatically. Dropped of 5 suits and pointed out small minor spots that need to be spot cleaned. Picked them up and my suits looked like they weren’t even touched. I asked them about the spot removal and she said they tried and couldn’t get it out but brought my suit cost to the back room, 30 seconds later comes back and says he tried a little and got most of it, but anymore he will ruin the color….. so I’m confused now. How does he treat it for 30 seconds and it’s almost gone but before they couldn’t get it out ???? Very concerning and will not come back. Absolute garbage, and the ladies who run the front are just so unpleasant and rude. I’ll take my 10k a year dry cleaning bill elsewhere.

Unfortunately this cleaner let us down. They have been great in the past but their schedule is not reliable. They closed randomly on a Saturday and didn’t inform us ahead of time, so we were unable to pick up our wedding suit the day of the event. According to another employee, the manager was supposed to come in and run the Saturday, but decided not to. We won’t be going back if we can’t reliably pick up our clothes.

I dropped 4 sweaters off at the Mystic location to be dry cleaned for my Aunt who is home bound at an independent living facility.  The staff was super kind and patient as I bombarded them with questions about the option to have them delivered to her so my sister would not have to retrieve them.  The lovely attendant was able to easily get my Aunt set up with an account so we can do this in the future!  I was so grateful to find a local dry cleaner where we could drop off items and have them delivered right to my Aunt.  They delivered as promised without a hitch.  Thank you!

Went in person and asked if they could turn around my two shirts and pants in 3 days. Was told yes, no problem. I even called a day early to check in on things. They took my clothes over an hour away and didn’t have them ready for the wedding I am attending. And I EMPHASIZED that it was important. On top of that, the person I was communicating with was joking around saying I guess you have to buy new clothes. Do not use them, their business is terrible and the customer service is even worse.

Hands down the worst cleaners I have ever dealt with and their prices are ridiculous. They have not only lost my items but delivered items that were not even mine to begin with. If you attempt to inquire about your missing items you are verbally attacked by their staff. They started in Rhode Island and should stay there as they have no business trying to expand a service they cannot support in CT

I never leave bad reviews, but my experience was infuriating. I called ahead to ensure I could have 2 pairs of pants hemmed by Wed. They said yes, as long as I bring it in by the following morning. I then packed up my 1 yr old and headed there within an hr of that call in the rain. When I got there I was told 2-3 weeks and they recommended another place. I told them that I called ahead to make sure and they said that would be for a cleaning. I was very specific that I needed hemming during the call. The lady at the counter said I must have spoken to the lady at their hub. Will not be bringing my business here despite it be closest to the house I recently purchased. What is the point of calling ahead if giving extremely inaccurate information?
