I went into Pike to wash my comforters like I do every month.  I usually use the big washer so I can put 2 comforters at one time.  It was out of order when I walked in and I had an employee (little heavyset woman) who worked on the 14th July at 3:45 pm tell me a particular washer will work for my comforter.  I proceed to put my comforter in the washer and when it was done the comforter had some white film all over it.  I was then told by the skinny employee that it wasn’t their fault.  I asked can you put some coins in to re-rinse the comforter to see if it gets the white film off it and she states she has to call and talk to her manager.  So the heavyset and skinny women goes all the way to the back to call her manager when I know there is a phone to call at the desk from a previous issue I’ve had with them.  Then they both come back saying the manager didn’t answer and she’ll let me know when she calls back. Smh!!!  Last straw and I’m done!!!!

Coat dropped off 11/29. Told it would be ready Tuesday 12/2. Went at 5pm on 2nd. Not ready. I told them I will be back Friday. Not ready. Came Sunday 12/7 after 3pm. Not ready. I asked for coat back. Still in same condition. After being told a special spot service was needed. Which I was not aware of it needing. Also. In 12/2 young lady told me they had cleaned it but still spots. This boat has not been touched! I wanted to patronize a local business, but not one who is not transparent on what  items need and a realistic timeframe of when my item will be ready. Unfortunately, I will not be back. At this age, you get one time.

I called to get the cost to wash 2 area rugs. Both washable rugs that just needed a larger machine than my washer at home. I was quoted $30 each (total of $60 for both) on the phone and gave them the sizes. When I went to pick up, the rugs were not folded and handed to me bunched up AND was charged $225 for both! Both rugs did not need extra care or anything besides being washed and dried. The girl at the register could not give me the reasoning of the cost difference.

I am local and read on these same reviews that they do alterations. I took some dresses, only to be told flatly that they DO NOT DO ALTERATIONS. Not even a hem, all I needed was zippers switched. It is odd to me how some people get some services and others do not. I politely took my items to powder springs to a seamstress.

They were friendly and quick to respond to me. My coat looked great.

The Laundry Express

I've been in this area since 2018, and never knew this jewel was here! This is the CLEANEST Laundromat I've been to in ATL or it's surrounding areas. Johnathan is an amazing attendant. He takes perfect care of everything, and is meticulous with the cleaning. It smells amazing, and I'm never going anywhere else to do laundry. This is THE place hands down!!!

While the laundromat is a very reliable place of service the employees are the exact opposite. My clothes were in the dryer when they decided to close earlier than the time provided even though there was no holiday to affect the operation times. I’ve called almost everyday and left voicemails which tell me that someone will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours which is false. They don’t check their phone at all and if they cause any kind of inconvenience to you they don’t care to look your way. Hopefully they’ll find more responsible staff to operate their business if not someone is bound to be done wrong as I was. I’m disappointed and hope that they’ll take their business more seriously and treat their customers with at least some form of humility. I’m sorry but that’s incorrect I can show you my call log. I called your establishment at 9 because I was parked on the side of the building. I put my clothes in the dryer at 9:30. I’m not trying to go back and forth over reviews so if you could find a time to call me back from my voicemail that I left I’d like to talk about this because the information you’re telling me is incorrect. The dryer was not done because I could see it running as the dryer door was shaking and moving.

EDIT: Someone stole my laundry supplies - take them with you to the car, don’t leave them behind.

Got here around 8:30am on a Thursday morning. Just me and one other gentleman doing laundry. This laundromat is small, but very clean. Smells nice in here, chairs aren’t sticky or gross, floor is clean and dry. Machines look new.

Coin machine worked great, gave me about $40 in quarters over the course of my stay. I used three of the mega washers for $7.75 per go. Got about 3 loads shoved into each. Used two of the medium $5.75 washers, which held about 2 loads each.

Very happy with these machines. Went out for lunch, came back around 11:30am and there’s maybe 4 other people washing now. Still a pleasant experience, though I didn’t have access to a large machine.

I’ll definitely be back.

I’ve moved to the Douglasville area a year ago and this laundromat is just a few miles away so I come here often. The only problem I have is I have lost money because a machine wasn’t working properly. The worker stated he had no cash on the premises to give him my name and number and someone would contact me regarding a refund with 24-48 hours. I never received a call. I  left numerous voicemails and their message says they will contact me in 24-48 hours.  No one calls! The second time I need a refund  it was the same response no money on site leave name and number again no one calls me!! I want my money back please!!!

My washer needs repair and I had to visit the nearest laundry mat and Im very happy it was this one!! Johnathan is the best employee!! He takes care of this location as if he's the owner.  If I ever get a laundry business, I will take Johnathan as my employee and pay him DOUBLE!! So to the owners, give this man a raise ASPA!  THANK YOU JOHNATHAN, for a wonderful visit and keep Laundry Express spotless.

I recently took my son’s pants to be hemmed here and I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Jaclyn did a phenomenal job—her attention to detail and quality of work were outstanding. The hem was clean, precise, and professionally done, and the pants fit my son perfectly. She was also kind, professional, and clearly takes great pride in her craft. dropped off a white suit jacket with 2 year old red stains all over the lapel. Lee Cleaners were able to get 99% of the stain off in 2 days!! You would havre to know something was there to be able to see the stain. for $15!! will be coming back here for every dry cleaning need!!

Dropped off a suit and my daughters JROTC uniform and needed it fast.  They were able to get both cleaned by the time I needed them.  The owner and I chatted for a while about life.  Very friendly.  They also have a seamstress.  I have some clothing I am planning on having altered and look forward to having some of my items altered.
