I brought 4 sweat suits Nike that I wore only 2 times each never washed them to take it to Hannah’s an when I get it back they look like they were washed 5 times all faded crispy dry. 1 sweatshirt I only wore 1 time looked old never never again an I paid a lot for there service

First time using them.  Sport jacket came back clean. I would have been nice to been notified when I didn’t pick it up, but I think they have made changes to their system that will do that.
I will use them again.

Lori S. Needs to learn some manners. Both times I’ve dropped things off she’s been as rude as can be. I just took a wedding dress to be preserved that has detachable sleeves. I told her one was not attached and to please dont lose it. She took the dress and sleeve and threw it on a pile. I’ll be surprised if the 2nd sleeve comes back with the dress. If you don’t like working with the public find a new job!!

Awesome! I had a green glue stain on my black coat. My daughter put it there when she was making slime I did not think it would be removable it was on there for years and I did not want to throw it away it was practically a new coat. The glue slime stain is gone.

I have used them a handful of times since I moved to the area. One time the collar on my dress shirt was VERY wrinkled when I got it back. Today I went in to drop off some shirts and pants to be cleaned and pressed. The woman started printing my ticket without even counting my garments. I asked her to count them. She said no, that she was the only one there. They don’t even do the work in house but send it out to be done. I would not recommend using them at all.

The place is well maintained and clean.  The drop off laundry service is great.

The facilities are decent they’re kept clean during the day while the staff is working.  however, at night time the facilities are filthy. I also noticed ROACHES 🪳  Yall… they have roaches so be very cautious when you’re folding your laundry. They mainly come out in the back area of the building, where there’s a white table top and at night. Their machines have eaten more money then I can even explain. One time, I put my laundry in and put my soap in the tops and put the quarters into the machines and turn everything on. I went about my business per usual, and when I came back to check the clothes a 15 minutes l noticed that none of my clothes was washed and the machines didn’t turn on, so I had to refill all the machines which were about six I was doing bedding at the time. I wasted so much money that day. On top of all of the other times when their machines take your quarters and eat them.

First time here and will be the last. Everything was fine and it wasn’t busy washers seemed to work great but then we were sitting there waiting for the dryer to be done & i seen bugs crawling up the wall. 😮 🤢

One of the best and cheapest laundromats around. The people that came in were very polite unlike other laundromats in the area I live in. Every washer worked every dryer worked. And yes, I will drive 10 mi to get there and do my laundry from now on. My suggestion would be to get there early though.

Was at this location Tuesday 5/16/23 at about 6pm. I dropped an orange purse as I walked passed a mother and  teen boy.

As I passed them I realized I dropped my wallet. I asked the whole Laundromat (with about 6 occupants) if anyone had seen it, and the only response came from the woman I passed stating she hadn't seen it, but maybe the attendant had.

When I approached the attendant and asked to contact the owners about viewing the cameras the mother and son quickly left.

The attendant informed me that the owner would probably refuse to view the cameras because, as the attendant put it, "It's not her responsibility."

It was a great experience. Since it was my first time there, the manager, Will, explained the washing machine process to me, which one I could use and how to use them. Something I really liked was that even though it was snowing, the laundromat was super clean and smelled wonderful. Their washing machines were spotless. I highly recommend it.

This is the best laundromat in the area. Very clean, always being attended to. The gentleman Will that is always here is literally one the hardest workers I’ve seen, he knows the people, he makes sure everyone is taken care of. I wish I could have him as one of my employees! Take care of this man Cornerstone!

I'm a first time customer and I'll definitely be back there to wash my clothes! Best laundry mat in York by far! Several different washers from 2x to big 6x laundry capabilities. Fair prices too. Also offers DexterPay an app so you don't have to use quarters. (See pics) So clean and all new machines.

Cornerstone Laundry is a great place for Laundry care!!! The place is always clean and the staff are friendly and helpful!! One of my loads of laundry had left lent on the door and I asked for a cloth to wipe the door clean and the staff member, Will, not only gave me a wipe for the door but gave me a free dryer for keeping the facility clean!! I would highly recommend Cornerstone laundry York!!

I travel a lot to state to state and this place is very clean and feels welcoming. Prices are reasonable I usually expect to spend 10-15 just for me so that’s reasonable to me. I got the chance to meet the owner very nice man shook my hand. They also sell food and drinks in the back. Which is an additional parking. If I’m ever in York again definitely coming back

Clean, well-maintained laundromat with plenty of machines available. Everything works properly, and the space feels safe and comfortable. It’s easy to get in and out without wasting time, which I really appreciate. Overall, a solid place to do laundry — I’d definitely come back again.

Randolph Park Laundromat is honestly one of the cleanest and most convenient laundromats I’ve ever used. The machines are fast and reliable, the place is always spotless, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. I actually enjoy doing laundry here because it’s so easy and stress-free.

Used to be the one of the best to frequent. Now every time I go in washers are broke for weeks at a time. One of their larger 8 load washers for example has been beeping and flashing “out of order” for over a month already. Seems like they’re just letting the place go unfortunately.

The owner Dennis is the best! Very prompt to fix any issues. Dryers are always hot. Never an issue with anything! Been coming here for years!

ZIPS Cleaners

Horrible service. I spend over 50$ with press included. All my pants were wrinkling as heck. The manager refused to reimburse me and ask that I return and they will press the pants again. Second time again NO BETTER. Will be filing a dispute.

I always use this ZIPS and I have to admit that I have never been so disappointed with their service, like I was today. I dropped a beautiful comforter set off and 2 expensive dresses a while back. I am a very busy lady and do not stand in line to read signs that are pasted on walls. When I went to pick my items up today, the young lady( I’m being nice) who waited on me, immediately noticed that I left the comforter set over 30 days and told me that it may not be there because the company donates comforter sets left over 30 days to Goodwill etc. As I’m speaking to her about this ridiculous policy that was not told to me at drop off,I noticed a comforter set that resembled mine. She looked on the racks to tell me that my set was gone. I respectfully asked her to look at the set that I was looking at and she repeatedly told me that it wasn’t mine because it had someone else’s name on it. Mind you, a gentleman who was next to me was bringing a coat in and the first words out of his mouth was, “Do not lose this 1”. This location lost this man’s coat. I asked the young lady if a mistake could’ve been made, as far as labeling was concerned. She quickly responded, “NO”. She refused to let me see the set and I even stated that I wasn’t going to take the set, I just wanted to verify. It wasn’t at this point that her attitude became very nasty and unprofessional. She gave me my 2 dresses and 1 wasn’t covered in plastic. I’m sure that she saw that and felt comfortable enough to give me a Kate Spade dress uncovered. I am very angry about this policy which is not posted and no employee informed me about this policy. Why have a phone number on the receipt, if you’re not going to use it? I asked to speak to the owner and her responses were totally unprofessional!! I will be returning to the store to speak to the owner and I did leave my information with this young lady. I am looking forward to speaking to the owner about the policy and the lack of professionalism from this “manager”. At least this is what she said she was.

I went into the cleaners today and stood for a while without been acknowledged at all while 4 employees were chatting it up then finally a young man came up to me , made NO eye contact , did not even say hello and just ask for a phone number. I the got my order and again no eye contact and said here u go turned around and kept on working. I said : have a good day everybody’ and NO one responded, instead the 3 ladies just kept chatting it up with some laud music in the background.

Please in these cleaners lack all sorts basic courtesy. Customers are just phone numbers

Fast, but not quality service. Staff was nice and friendly, til today. Today I met Enishia. Apparently she's a manager. Never even seen her before today, but when I asked to speak to a manager, she said she was. When I asked for contact info for the owner, she said they don't give that out. So I guess this is now my only recourse to get the message to the owner.

Hard to believe she's a manager, based on the attitude and poor people skills I got. But whatever.

She told me that the way they fold over and wrinkle the top button can't be avoided. First person to tell me this. Certainly the first time I've gotten this much attitude in all my years as a returning customer. Previous employees and the owner explained that the machine does this and they would put notes to take it out post processing. Not Enishia though. Just a hard No.

Went to Hannah Cleaners with my shirts. They said that wouldn't happen at all with their process. They generally take a week, but said can expedite when needed. I'm off every Friday, so weekly works great. I want it done right, not fast. I want to open my top button, cause who is still wearing neck ties, and look professional. Not like I'm wearing a wrinkled shirt right out of the dry cleaner.

Gave 2 stars, because customer service has been good prior to today.

Worst experience. Gave a lapcoat for alteration to shorten the sleeves instead they shortened the length. Wasted the new labcoat.  Also item was not ready on the day mentioned in the receipt and automated messages are not coordinated. Absolutely not recommend anyone for alterations.

Dropped off my bridesmaid dress a few weeks ago to be steamed and picked it up 2 weeks later. Brought it home and saw that there was water spots all over the front of the dress. Super noticeable. They were not there when I dropped the dress off. I called in and explained, and was told to bring it back in and they would dry clean it at no cost. I dropped it off and the one lady was condescending and told me it's my fault bc I must have had lotion on my hands. I rarely use lotion ever. I told her it was wasn't there when I dropped the dress off. She continued to blame me and I told them they needed to fix it as it was their issue, it wasn't there prior. I picked up the dress 2 weeks later and inspected it before I left. There were white spots across the front where the water spots used to be. I said I wasn't trying to be an issue but that wasn't there before. I was told "oh, you can't even see that. No one's going to see it" even though it was plainly visible. The condescending lady from my prior visit told me they ran it through 3 times. I was told it was likely an "off color" thread but it wasn't there before and not possible for the garment. I gave up and left. My entire experience with here was frustrating and aggravating. I will not be bringing my service back to this location.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Jeanine from the York / Spry location was amazingly helpful.  She assured me that their seamstress could help me out in an emergency broken-strap-prom-dress situation. It was fixed beautifully in such a short turn around time and she even followed up with a text to be sure we were satisfied! I will be using them again in the very near future!

The BEST cleaners in all York County! If you have an emergency they can get a piece thru 1 day if needed! Plus, they get to know you personally.  I have had some health issues they always ask a out me..open the doors. Just a lovely place for your dry cleaning.  I highly recommend!!

Repair of heavy canvas brush pants used for bird hunting. A rear pocket flap was partially torn loose. Hanna's seamstress professionally sewed it back in place and it is fully functional again. Excellent work!

They lost a batch of clothes, paid me for half and gave me store credit for the other half. Gave them another chance and they lost another batch and the chunky woman at the front desk with glasses was extremely RUDE!
