They do amazing work and their customer service is top notch. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Employees are THE BEST and treat you as a valued customer, not just another number. I highly recommend East Hills!!!

Got it clean but I think too pricy! Roughly 40 dollars for 3 items seems a little excessive. On the bright side the vibes in the store were nice, they got it cleaned within 3 days and the worker was polite.

I love Modern Cleaners. I've been a patron for almost three years. I love the ladies, and i love the service. They always work to give you the lowest price they can, but it never affects their excellent service. I highly recommend. And the drive thru in the neck was a game changer for me.

I came in there needing my dress shirt pressed for a funeral. It was late in the afternoon and the lady behind the counter said that the girl who does that has already turned off the machines for the day. And was done doing that for the day. She wouldn’t start up till 10 am the next morning. I told her I needed it tonight and why. She said just a minute and went in the back for a moment. She returned a few minutes later and told me that the girl would turn the machines back on and press my shirt while I waited, and she wouldn’t even charge me for it. You just do t get this level of service anymore. I give them 10 stars! The lady gave me a hug and said I’m sorry for your loss. This will be the only place I bring my dry cleaning too from this point on.

I did not have a good experience at this place. The 1st time i went to drop off some business suits there wasn't anyone up front to help me. I waited about 10 mins ringing the bell for service. Nobody ever came up front to help me. I drove around back to the drive up window/back door and left my stuff with the women in the back. After the items were picked up it was noticed that there were still neck and pit stains on a couple of the shirts after we paid for them to be cleaned. Upon returning those shirts I was told it would cost extra to clean them because a special solution has to be made and extra time to soak them. OK, that was fine. They were supposed to be ready in approx 2 weeks. I show up to pick them up after that 2 week time frame to be told they weren't ready yet, and that they would be ready the next day after 2 pm. The following day I go to get said shirts just to be told that they didn't have enough time and couldn't get out these set in stains. Fact of the matter is they did NOT even try to get out the stains. The owner said well i'm not a "regular" customer or anything and she doesn't have time to go outside and spray them with lemon juice in the sun to get out the stains. So I guess that means they don't go to any extra trouble to help new customers. I will now take my "regular" business elsewhere.

My fifty-three-year-old quilt that was embroidered and hand-quilted by my Mother and Aunt needed cleaning. East Hills Cleaners did a wonderful job of making the white fabric background clean and bright. They treated it with great care and was returned in perfect shape.

I have used East Hills Cleaners on multiple occasions including my daughter's wedding dress. Most recently with a comforter that needed to be laundered but wouldn't fit in my machine. I took it to East Hills Cleaners right before Christmas. They said it might be the following week before it was ready, but it was done the day after Christmas! It turned out so nice and I was so pleased with the quick service. Thank you East Hills Cleaners and Tonya! I highly recommend!

I recently took a wool winter coat to East Hills Cleaners on Faraon Street. With the holiday coming up I didn’t expect the coat to be dry cleaned until the estimated day on the ticket. Within only a couple of days of dropping it off, I got a notification that my coat was ready for pickup. WOW!  I love that they notify you as well as the fast service.  The coat looks new again and was given a discount as a new customer. Very friendly staff as well!

I recently took my large winter comforter to East Hills Cleaners and Alterations, and I couldn't be more impressed! The staff are incredibly friendly and kind, and they went above and beyond by holding onto my comforter when I forgot to pick it up. They even called to remind me, ensuring I wouldn't leave it behind. The shop is cute and clean, adding to the overall great experience. I'll definitely be bringing all my future dry cleaning here!
