My boyfriend works in Bullard and he decided to take his clothes to this cleaners. The employees were friendly and very attentive.  On Tuesday, when he received his clothes back they were not heavy starched like he had asked for. The jeans were very loose and his shirt didn’t feel starched at all. Disappointed.

Very pricey.  $10 or more per article without adding starch.  Young lady at counter not knowledgeable and not customer friendly.  Asked for an itemized ticket so I could see what she was charging me for,  unable to do that.  Also,  had a different name on ticket,  when asked if it needed to be corrected,  stated no.  I'll drive less than 10 miles to save half the cost.

Very good experience and so convenient. They did an exceptional job on a coat.

Washer broke and took my money before, no one ever returned my phone call. Okay, fine. Tried to get tide detergent from the vending machine, first time got stuck, second time, stuck again. Now there's no detergent and my money got stolen again 👌.

Nice, clean and inexpensive laundromat.  All of the equipment functions well and you can get change on the spot.  Limited in what detergent is available.  Public restrooms and good parking. Highly recommend.

The washer is alright but a quarter only gets you 3 minutes in the dryer and that don't even heat the darn dryer up.
It is very clean though

It's been a week and no word, no call back, just my money taken from their broken machines. A closed dryer door kept telling me to close it and wouldn't start after I inserted the coins.

I arrived around 11:15 to wash about four loads of laundry. The worker was there for about twenty minutes talking to a woman and left. I put one of my four loads in the extra large washer and sat and waited inside. Got up to take the clothes out when the timer went off and the water never drained and poured all over the floor. I immediately called at 11:51 and he said to just go ahead and rewash my things and I’ll get a refund and he’ll be back in about TWO HOURS. So I waited around finally called him again at 1:31 he said he’s ten minutes away. He pulls up and goes inside takes stuff in the office and I’m still waiting. He comes out and gives me 9 dollars. That’s what I spent on the washer that didn’t drain and flooded the floor. I said well what about the other money I spent to rewash the clothes? He didn’t want to give me the other 6.75 I spent to rewash. Finally I said I just spent 40 in here today and you don’t want to give me the other money I spent to rewash the clothes that I wouldn’t have had to rewash if the first washer hadn't been full of water when it was done. As we’re talking another man is trying to put his clothes in that same washer. After that he went back and gave me 7 dollars for the 6.75 I spent. Pictures below👇
