Best cleaners I’ve used. Personally I think their prices are more than fair. I see people complaining, but they’re almost the exact same prices as anywhere else, but you’re also getting amazing service here. I didn’t even ask them to rush my clothes and they had them done in about 6 hours.

Do yall clean and condition/shine cowboy boots? I have some leather and Bison leather that I’d like to bring in to be cleaned/conditioned/polished if y’all do that sort of thing.

I have been using Grogan's Cleaners for 5 years now, and my family has been using the cleaners for almost 20 years. We have always had wonderful service, and the service they provide is great. There are some items that I, and my family, have brought in that have all kinds of stains on them and Grogan's has been able to get them clean. Easily the best cleaners in the area by far. Every time we have talked to management and ownership they are very professional about what they do, and are very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone needing items to be cleaned or pressed.

After living in one place for an entire life moving to a new domicile causes a person to almost have to start over. At least with Doctors, grocery stores, restaurants, and the need to find a professional Dry Cleaning business. And so the research and the asking for recommendations starts.

Discovered a favored Sport Jacket and a Dress Shirt had some long standing stains, most likely food stains from dining in New Orleans. Those spots needed to be addressed.

Decision was made to try out Grogan’s Cleaners on E. Starr Ave.

Brought the threads in Wednesday and just made the pickup today (Friday) but they were ready yesterday. Not only is fast service provided but I received a text when the job was completed.

This place is professional, courteous, speedy, and thorough. The young ladies who retrieve and bring you your clothes are all positive and nice.

I have found my permanent dry cleaner in my great new home. Will highly recommend them based on my experience and the results of their work to give them a Five Star rating.

These guys saved our new house when we had a flood after a fitting came loose in the middle of the night. The entire bottom floor was flooded, but we sustained no losses and the only repairs were toe kicks that had to be removed or have holes drilled in them to allow air flow. Not only did they respond quickly in the wee hours of the morning, but they were thorough, friendly, explained things, and were very attentive to reducing the impact in the long-term. They treated our house like it was their own. I cannot thank them enough. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

I really don't have any complaints other than pricing is about $1 - $1.50 more per machine than other laundromats that I have used.  XL machine = $11.  L = $8.50.  M = $5.50.  S = $3.50.  I used every size machine today.  Each machine has a water temperature selection of cold, warm, or hot, plus a delicate, extra-wash, and an extra-rinse option.  The facility and machines are kept quite clean, and it's a big open space with plenty of seating and rolling laundry carts, which rolled easily without issue.  There is a vending machine for laundry detergent and fabric softener, as well as for toys for kids and snacks for all.  The Wi-Fi worked very well!!  There is an attendant on-site at all times.  The two attendants that I encountered were very nice!  There are 2 bathrooms that are easily accessible and were pretty clean, too.  All-in-all, I will go back if necessary.  I hoping that I get my washer and dryer up and going soon, though!

Nice clean laundry mat. The machines take card only. Washer machines range from 8.50 to 3.50. Dryers are .50 and .75 for 15 minutes. They don't dry the best; it took 30 minutes for a small load of laundry to dry. There is an attendant there but they don't acknowledge anyone. Very clean place. There is a couple vending machines for snacks, drinks, and soaps. Has 1 arcade game for kids. There is a bathroom for customers.

I have found that other laundromat sites don't clean the washers very often, but Big Al's cleans theirs regularly. The sizes of washers are perfect to meet every need from a very small load to easily washing a king size comforter.

Wow this place is so clean and affordable.  The washers and dryers do a better job than any other place in town!  There is always an attendant on duty who can help with your laundry needs and they keep the place clean.  They also do laundry that gets dropped off.

I like this place, but the way they charge your account is kind of weird, if you swipe your card multiple times it compiles all the charges into just a few charges to your account and rounds the price up. Usually they sort everything about by the next day and all the math adds up to be the proper price that they display. Recently, as of the last two to three weeks the prices charged to me have been completely random and have not been changed back, an employee gave me the owners number to call about any problems, I have yet to do so but I am planning on calling. Currently I have been charged over six dollars more than advertised. Also, all of the machines have a tap pay symbol that doesn't work and half the time I have trouble swiping my card

Read the other reviews, it's all true.  Loads are $7 and the clothes comes out damp. No toilet paper or soap in the bathroom, no hand sanitizer and no one was disinfecting surfaces. The old man there, maybe the owner, is BEYOND rude. For some reason this old flatulence doesn't understand that he's not just letting you use his machines, that you are a PAYING customer. Go somewhere else, go where they treat you and the money that you bring in with respect.

Place is clean other than dryer sheets on the floor. The owner is very nice contrary to other reviews. There are signs stating not to leave your clothes unattended. People start their laundry and leave. I have seen the owner pull the clothes out and put them in a laundry cart. People can’t use the machines if someone leaves their clothes in there for hours. If I was the owner, I’d do the same thing. I have laundry facilities at my apartment complex and pass a few others on my 3.5 mile drive just to use this laundromat. Clean and the machines work great.

It is clean and kept up but if you actually watch your cycles wash there is hardly any water in the machine during the wash cycle but plenty in the rinse. So did they just rinse my clothes????

VIP does EXCELLENT work! Adan and Lauren are so sweet and friendly. They took great care with my 32 year old wedding dress and got multiple stains out of it so my daughter could wear it as her going away dress at her own wedding. I truly was amazed at how bright and beautiful they made my dress! And Rhonda does incredible alterations! Everything I’ve taken to VIP has been handled so professionally, and they are so affordable! HIGHLY recommend their services!!

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. My wife dropped off my suit only to have the vest missing on the day of the company xmas party. The one time a year I wear a suit. The lady said we picked up early, which we didn’t, we called and showed up AFTER the time they said. She said they didn’t have our phone number but the guy took my wife’s name and number down when she dropped it off.  I suppose I should have checked everything before hand but didn’t want to take it out of the plastic, assuming they did their job. My mistake.  Seems to me, like a lot of places these days, they like to blame the customer instead of admitting and taking responsibility for THEIR mistakes.

I can’t say enough good things about VIP Cleaners in Nacogdoches. I was in a tough situation and needed 8 suits and a white collared shirt cleaned quickly for my husband to wear to a funeral. I called the day before, and the sweet manager Lauren was incredibly kind, compassionate, and helpful over the phone. She assured me they could get it done in time — and they did, with time to spare.

I dropped the clothes off the next morning, and by the time I got off work, everything was ready. All the suits looked flawless, and the white shirt was perfectly starched and bright again — it looked brand new.

On top of the outstanding work, the customer service was above and beyond. Lauren was just as thoughtful in person. It was raining, and she kindly suggested I use the drive-thru to avoid getting soaked, even expressing how bad she felt that I’d have to run to my car to pull around. That level of care meant so much.

I also met Idan (hope I’m spelling that right), who was equally wonderful — so helpful and had the friendliest smile. Both employees made what could’ve been a stressful errand into a truly warm experience.

And to top it all off?  All of this cost less than $100 — incredible value for such quality service.

VIP Cleaners is truly a rare gem. Professional, affordable, and filled with genuinely kind people. I’ll absolutely be returning and recommending them to everyone I know.

Lucy has done my nails twice.  Once using a full set of acrylic nails and the second time, using my nails with only two acrylics to make my nail length match.  She is very sweet and professional.  I have gotten lots of compliments on my nails both times.  I will be making another appoint after the holidays!  Recommended highly!

South Side Laundry

Went to dry my clothes and not one but three dryers I attempted to use did not bother heating up.  One is a fluke, three is most definitely a trend.  Of course the owner does not post a number to call when they rip you off.  Other repeat customers in the laundromat informed me that even if you talk to the owner he will not reimburse you for your wasted funds.  Stay far away from here if you do not want to play Russian roulette with your clothes being dried.

8am on a Sunday two cops already here. It's a public laundry mat for sure. My first 2 minutes here two people hit me up for change. Then a employee showed up and called the cops on a guy. Not a fun place. But you won't be bored.

Not 24 hours. Tried to wash clothes at 7pm, door was locked and the people inside just started at me while their kids were sleeping on the chairs. BS. Don't waste your time.

Used drop off service for the last 2 months to determine if we wanted to purchase a subscription plan, which we do not.  Staff today was not very helpful or informative about plans and actually recommended we pay for the $55 plan and wash them ourselves.  We are both disabled and were insulted, therefore will be trying other laundry services in town.  They also didn't have the dryer balls or essential oils as advertised on their site and our blankets had a ton of dark lint on them this time.

This was my first time using a laundry service like this and I will be using their services again in the future. There was a mixup on the website on when services where available, but when I called, they took very good care and resolved the issue. When I got my clothes back they smelled so good and fresh. I’m so happy with the service I received!
