Compare to the next door laundry mat. This place is the best in rochelle.  The next door is free dry and they are pigs. Dirty washing machines and this place have a 5 star clean area plus in case a bathroom. Dryers are so good.

I have always loved this laundry mat because it is always clean and the dryers and washing machines are always working well. But today the building smells of mildew, so strong that I had to go sit in my car while I waited for my washing and drying to be done- someone was there cleaning so maybe the smell would be addressed but that did turn me off.

Today was my first time here.  I arrived around 9am.  I found it very clean, including bathroom.  The attendants were very friendly,  helpful,  and busy the entire time I was there.  I didn't notice any machinery with "out of service" signs.  This is the cleanest and nicest laundromat I have ever been to.  I will definitely come again.  I use the laundromat to wash heavy bedding twice a year.  I live in Dixon, but it is worth the drive over to use such a clean facility.

However, the laundry mat itself is great clean, etc..... been coming for a long time... it seems as though some of the staff are friendly but not friendly.... just from my experience.  The facility as a whole is very pleasant ☺️

While the drying is free, this place is a huge safety hazard! I have had many of my clothes melted into the drums of their dryers even on low heat. There are sp many dryers without doors and charred on the inside. Hardly any of the dryers work properly and the whole place is filthy! The one next door is so clean and definitely worth a little extra money for drying there instead.

The pictures shown for this place are extremely dated. This place is dirty and many machines do not work properly. Doors are missing from washers. I saw a washing machine overflowing. One of the 3 washers I used stopped mid cycle and there was no one onsite to assist or refund my money. I saw a woman leaving when I arrived and I heard her say she would return that night. The towels I pulled out were sopping wet and soapy.  I would not go back there even if everything was free.

So. It's a laundromat. They shut down half the room to mop and delayed us to dry the clothes...good thing we weren't "in a hurry". Met the manager. She told us all about how they have to shut down any movement in the room in order to mop because someone recently sued them. The laundromat won the case but yeah. So I loaded up all our laundry into baskets and the manager made me feel bad because we were using 4 baskets. The only reason I used 4 was because I was told to go to dryers on the other side of the room.  Might be worth paying for the dryers somewhere else.  I had washed over $24 in clothes. She asked my daughter to pick up the playroom which was trashed when we arrived and the outlets in that room were less than safe. Good thing we were just passing through on vacation.

This is my go to laundromat.  Never had any trouble until today.  Machine started beeping, lights flashing, and then it stopped.  Clothes are locked inside with no way to get them out.
Left a voicemail for management.  Hoping they get back to me soon because I don't want to leave them here.

This place is ok with free drying. The extra large toploading washing machines work well enough. The 2.00 charge for washing seemed fair with free drying. The floor was littered with paper and the garbage cans we're full. There are some matenance issues  and the bathroom was dirty.
