They lost one of my dress shirts.  After working through the long claim process, I was told a check was mailed for the cost of the shirt.  I followed up after not receiving the check for weeks and was told I would instead be receiving store credit for half the amount of the check.  Have your dry cleaning done somewhere else if possible.

They always do a great job cleaning my clothes. On time and for a good price.

I've taken uniforms, dress shirts and pants, hats, and my wife's wedding dress here and never had a problem. They've done alterations for me and they've come back great. I was in the military so dry cleaners are very important to me. So far they've never let me down!

I went on a weekday in the afternoon. There was only 2 or 3 other customers there, so it was not busy.The facilities,however were dirty(floors,overflowing trash,messy bathroom,outside of washing machines caked with laundry soap residue and handprints).Several machines were out of order in every row , and the dryers took nearly three dollars of quarters before it dried a regular sized load of laundry. Even then, the waste band of my sweatpants were still damp. It's a necessary service for the customers they serve,so in my opinion should be better quality for the cost. To my knowledge there's no wifi or power outlets for customers to utilize as they do their laundry either. That would be a convenient service for students and other business professionals to help with multitasking throughout the busy day.

No matter time of day, employees on shift or 1st customer of the day. This place is always dirty and needs swept, machines need wiped down, etc. The restroom has graffiti and is nasty as well. The machines look and work like they're outdated. Where's the pride for this place at?

I started going to this laundromat because it is cleaner than the other location and usually less busy. I like the amount of machines they have and there is more space. However, again I spotted a cockroach scurrying across the top of the machines and the folding tables. Please spray more often and/or set traps! Makes my skin crawl. I would rather not bring any new roommates home with me.

I love it there,  but what I  can't figure out is why Im being charged so much for using my debit card I paid 20 dollars when the 2 machines I used were 4 dollars and 7 dollars If I get a reasonable explanation, I will  change my rating

I came here because I had used this place 3 or 4 years ago and it was decent. Wow have things changed! 2 of our 6 washers screwed up mid wash. Another washing machine wouldn't release any water into the machine. Worker had left to lunch, Noone else there. A local told us if we switch it to cold it would work. So our wash finally started on the rinse cycle. Plenty of washers and dryers but good luck finding a working machine! Wish I would've bypassed this place! I know now

Dan did an EXCELLENT JOB on my carpets!! He was able to get rid of pet odors in the rooms and also fix an area that had black markings on the carpet and it looked new! He did a wonderful job, despite living there only for a year, I had an extreme amount of dog hair, which he was more than happy to spend the extra time and work to make sure my carpet looked brand new. Not only that, but he came after and even changed the filter in my furnace to circulate the erin my home better, after the cleaning.  Above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend him to anybody and will use him again in the future, good guy, reasonable price. Five star review because my carpets look brand new and like I said, he took the extra step to make sure I was pleased with everything.

Dan was fantastic to work with. He cleaned carpet and dining chairs for us. He was meticulous and kind. I’m so appreciative of his work!

I have a carpet cleaner and was cleaning my own carpets but felt it just wasn't doing a good enough job and left my carpet wet for days. I called Dan at Carpet Wizard and he came to give me a quote, told me exactly what he would do and with what type of equipment. We made an appointment and he came and my carpets have never looked or smelled better. They felt barely damp by the evening that day and by this morning, dry to the touch.
